Changes in Notice and Order Section in PermAssist

Changes in Notice and Order Section in PermAssist

The following changes have been made to the ‘Notice/Order’ section of Applications.

1. IssueTo option includes Company Name

PermAssist has enabled the ‘Company Name’ to be displayed in the ‘Issue To:’ option under ‘Notice/Order’.
When an Applicant Contact is a Company rather than a single person, the ‘Issue To:’ option will include the Company Name.

2. Auto-populating Address field according to selected 'Application Contact' on IssueTo field

PermAssist now has the functionality to auto-populate the ‘Address’ fields under ‘Notice/Order’. It will capture the Address according to the ‘Applicant’ contact selected.

3. Ability to select ‘And To’ from Application Contact and ability to insert more ‘And To’ contacts

PermAssist now allows to issue one Notice/Order to more than one Applicant Contact using field ‘And To:’.

User must click on the Plus sign (+) as shown above in order to add more Applicant Contacts to issue Notice/Order.

4. Changes to Due Date Field

PermAssist now has more Due Date options. The buttons will automatically calculate and decide the Due Date accordingly. Following are the new options that have been introduced,

7D – Calculates the Due date by adding 7 Days from Issue Date.
14D – Calculates the Due date by adding 14 Days from Issue Date.
28D – Calculates the Due date by adding 28 Days from Issue Date.

PermAssist has also introduced the Due Date change option ‘+4’. This button will automatically add 4 days to the Due Date.

5. If Cancellation date is added to Notice and Order Section, show cancellation date on the view level and change the record to color to grey to highlight at cancelled record

PermAssist has now introduced a new look to the ‘Notice/Order’ view. Cancelled Notice/Orders are now highlighted in Grey color to easily differentiate between Cancelled and Active Notice/Order records (As shown in the picture above).

Users can also view the ‘Cancelled Date’ in the ‘Notice/Order’ section itself.

6. Re-arrange the Reason To Issue and Notice Show Cause Process Sections

The ‘Reason To Issue’ and ‘Notice Show Cause Process’ fields under ‘Notice/Order’ section have been rearranged in order to replicate the Standard format of ‘Notice/Order’.
