Create Template to display Multi Level Checklist Items
Hello Fellas,
Today we are going to see how we can create a template that will show multilevel checklist items.

Problem or the Situation
For an Example - client wants to display below Information which was added to Multilevel Checklist in a Template,
Documentation (Category Name)
Energy Efficiency (Sub-category Name)
- Provide a copy of the energy report
- Provide a copy of SDA
Council Information (Sub-category Name
- Provide a copy of the property information.
- Provide a copy of the stormwater LPD information.

Solution
You can use the following structure in the form template to get the above output.

Search in CheckList
Now Permassist allows you to search checklist items when adding from the template. Now you can either search by Description or Comment. Can be searched by both Comments and Description added.
Auto Complete in Checklist Section
In PermAssist Now we have enabled the function to predict existing checklist item (System Admin> Checklist Template) in the comment section, It will auto-populate the checklist items based on your key word.
Sorting check list items in System Admin
You can sort/ reorder the checklist items under System Admin > Checklist. 1. Click on the following button. 2. Re-order the checklist items and click on "Submit".
