Create Template to display Multi Level Checklist Items

Hello Fellas,
Today we are going to see how we can create a  template that will show multilevel checklist items.

Problem or the Situation

For an Example - client wants to display below Information which was added to Multilevel Checklist in a Template,

Documentation (Category Name)

 

               Energy Efficiency (Sub-category Name)

 

  1. Provide a copy of the energy report
  2. Provide a copy of SDA

 

Council Information (Sub-category Name

 

  1. Provide a copy of the property information.
  2. Provide a copy of the stormwater LPD information.

 

 Solution

You can use the following structure in the form template to get the above output.
