Inspection Booking on Applicant Portal

Now you can book for inspection through the applicant portal with ease.

1. Any inspection that does not have a scheduled date can be booked in for an inspection by clicking on the "Request Inspection" button.
 

2. Fill in the relevant details and click on "Send". 

As soon as you enter "Send" a request will be sent. This either can be configured as a task or as a notification email.

Please note that you can include your business rules when booking for an inspection. This includes,
1. Selecting business days. (days where an inspection can be selected) 
2. Selecting the minimum number of days prior to an inspection.



In order to enable Inspection Booking for an external user, you can follow these steps.
The applicants/ external users who has Inspection Booking enabled in their account can utilize this feature. You can easily select who can book an inspection by following these steps.

1. Log in to Surveyor Portal, Navigate to System Admin >> External User.

2. Click on Edit.

3. Select Allow Inspection Booking


4. You can specify your business days over here.
  1. Allowed Booked days: Days when an inspection can be booked
  2. Minimum Booking days: Days prior to an inspection can be booked.

5. Click on "Submit" to apply the changes
