Multiple Council in One Suburb [INTERNAL]

Many suburbs are part of more than one council. To cater this functionality we have updated the system to handle multiple Councils when a suburb is added in the Property section

When a new property is added, based on suburb the Council will be auto populated. In the case of more than 1 council is associated with a suburb PermAssist will now save this information in the system and show a window with the matching councils. Once selected the council which is applicable will be added as an Application Contact of which type will be Council.

The above Suburb has 3 councils that are related. When clicked will load the below window

The selected Council once clicked will be auto populating the Municipal district field in the Property section with the relevant data - 

New table created to support functionality - SuburbCouncil. (One Suburb to multiple Councils) which will map Suburb id's to Council id's.

Application contact would have been created in the application with the Council details from the system
