PermAssist provides a dedicated web page for the Complaint Register, allowing users to lodge complaints against specific applications. You will be provided customized link with your logo.


Infođź“ť How to Submit / Lodge a Complaint:

  1. Go to the complaint link: Lodge Complaint Online ( For Testing Purpose ) 

  2. Fill out all the required details as shown below.


Infođź”— Linking a Complaint to an Existing Application:
When you enter the Project Reference Number under the Complaint Details section(on public complaint register page), the complaint will automatically be linked to that particular application.

You can then click the highlighted link to view all complaints associated with that application.



Info⚙️ How Complaints Are Processed:

We have a standard workflow configured for the Complaint Register:

New Complaint → Lodged → Assigned → More Info Required → More Info Received → Resolved → Cancelled

You can also:

  • Add a resolution using predefined templates.


  • Record decisions associated with each complaint.
