What’s New?

1. Application Notifications through Surveyor portal and Applicant Portal
  1. PermAssist now allows users to create application notifications through the Surveyor portal and Applicant Portal.
            Sounds Amazing right?
2. New Action Button on Forms Section
  1. From today, you'll notice a shiny new action button in the forms section. Change! Everyone loves it.

Enhancements

1. Mark Tasks completed from Dashboard
  1. We have enhanced the Task Dashboard where you can have the ability to mark the tasks as completed.

2. Ability to configure the decision from workflow
  1. Workflow, revamped, is now a much better version of its old self.

3. Tweaks to the Applicant portal
  1. Adding comments and selecting document type when uploading documents

4. Slight tweaks to Notice/Order section
  1.  We have enhanced the notice order section to show the cancelled notices.

5. Endorse documents
  1. Now you will be able to see and sort the endorsed documents separately for Building Permit and CFI/OP categories.

6. Slight change to Application Data Template

  1. You will see the application data template will allow you to enter "Urgent Note".

7. Ability to Mark Written Direction as Compliance

  1. PermAssist now enables to mark a written direction as compliance just clicking a checkbox.

8. Inspection details section in the application
  1. Now you will be able to configure the inspection details view upon request.

9. Changes to Pool and Spa section
  1. PermAssist now allows users to select Barrier Standard for a Pool/ Spa in the Pool and Spa Register Module.

10. Mini tweak to the Document section
  1. PermAssist now allows users to change the document type when changing the folder.

11. Show project number in the Application details section
  1. PermAssist application list screen will show you the project number at a glance.
