VBA Legislative Changes - For Victorian Customers

1. Application Validation 
  1. A new function is now available under Application details through which application can validated to check if all the details required by BAMS (VBA) are filled into the Application

2. Singe File Download
  1. A new function is now available under Application details through which application can be downloaded as CSV file to submit to BAMS

3. Batch Creation (for bulk upload)
  1. A new Menu is added under Building Permit, through which all the application which are ready to submit can be added to batch and batch can be downloaded as CSV.

4. Prescribed Event Reporting
  1. A new menu is added under Building Permit which provides the ability to preview and download the prescribed events for particular month in PDF, EXCEL and CSV


New Features

1. Time Tracking
  1. PermAssist now provides an ability to track the time spent by the staff on a particular JOB 
2. Referral Source
  1. This is a new field which allows to maintain the referral sources for the application.
3. Pool Permit
  1. PermAssist is now fully compliant to Pool permit requirements including auto update of decision completion date to 6 months date from first inspection Date.
4. Campaign Category
  1. This is a new field which allows to maintain the campaign categories for the application.
Enhancements

1. Task Updated Time
  1. Task now will also show the time along with date when it was last updated.

2. File Notes Updated Time
  1. File Notes will now also show the time and date when file note was last updated.

3. Notification Service (Auto Reminder)
  1. Auto Reminder can be now setup to send notification email from Office Email address. 
  2. Application for which notification are failed will be now notified.

4. Ability to Add CC Email in Application Contact
  1. An CC email can be specified when sending emails through Application Contact. 

5. Ability to clear Text Formatting 
  1. A New Button is added similar to Word which allows to clear Text Formatting

6. Addition of Amendments
  1. When an Amendment is added cost of works in Application Details will be now automatically updated to new cost.


Bug Fixes

1. Addition of Application Contact
  1. Application Contacts can be now added only through Add from Contacts fields (They cannot be added through FIrstName, LastName or CompanyName).

2. Purchase Order Field now saves data.
  1. Purchase Order No in Application details now, saves the data to the database and does not get removed when page is refreshed.

3. Addition of Application Contacts from Contacts
  1. Postal address will be also copied over to Application contacts when contact is added from Contact Book.

Applicant Portal

1. Decision Details
  1. Decision Details can be now seen on Applicant Portal (When permit was approved etc.)

Inspector Portal

1. Assigned Staff/AssignedSurveyor/DesignatedSurveyor/SignOff details will be now shown on Inspector Portal



IOS Application

1. PDF Opens within the Application
  1. Now Documents can be opened with in the Application, external PDF reader applications are not required now.
2. Big Size Documents
  1. Application now support large documents without any hassle.
