VBA Legislative Enhancements- For Victorian Customers

1. RBS pay Levy on behalf of applicant option
  1. A new function is now available under system admin > licence details section,that is to set Default RBS Pay Levy on behalf of Applicant and this function will have either yes or no value by default upon your desire when you create every new application.
Please note that you can change the Default RBS Pay Levy on behalf of Applicant either Yes or No in Applications too under Edit Application Details section.

2.VBA Validation report will display an error if Cost of Development or Project cost contains cents value.



3. Cost of works can be entered as zero in Application details section.

4.Primary BCA and Primary Nature Of Works to be automatically turned on when first BCA / Nature Of Works is selected.





5.Now BCA Classification is allowing to add multiple BCA Classification under same code.



6.When issue under corporate rego is ticked in VBA Reporting, Assigned Building Surveyor gets hidden and Designated Building Surveyor will show.



7.Now the BS Appointment date is no longer required when validating the application.

8. When you validate the application, it will show warning messages.
Please note - These warning messages will show for the items which are not mandatory to be provided, but to provide a hint which might you need in future.




9. Prescribed Event Reporting
  1. Prescribed event report can be filtered using date range. 

Bug Fixes
1. When Inspection type is selected, the corresponding VBA inspection type will be automatically get picked up in Inspection record in Application and as well as Inspection scheduler.




2. Cancelled Inspections will not appear in the Inspection Scheduler.
