Notification in Task Creation

We have made changes to the features when creating a task in an application.

What's New?

When a task is created the staff assigned can be selected and we can now choose if the staff will be notified or not.

How does it work?

The staff who is selected in the Assign To drop down will be assigned the task and if the Notify check box is checked it will send a notification email to the assigned staff selected

How can I enable it?

First you have to go the Notification settings. according to the instructions below.

In the "Manage Notification Settings" window click on the "New Notification Setting".

Then select the Application type and then in the "Create Notification Template" window first select the Application notification type. Then select the template for it and fill the rest of the details according to your requirement.
