Multiple Insurance Providers

PermAssist now allows you to enter multiple insurance provider's details.

You add multiple insurance providers details by,

1. Open up an application and click on "Edit Application" button.


2. Click on  "Insurance Details"  tab.


3. Click on "Add" button.


4. Fill in the relevant details and click on "Submit".


Please follow step 3 and 4 to add multiple insurance providers details and proceed to the following step when you are completed with the insurance details.  

5. You can submit all the insurance details by clicking on the "Submit" button.
