Building Permits under Corporate Registration in PermAssist

This is a step by step  guide to issue the Building Permits under Corporate Registration.



  1.       Please add Corporate Registration Name and the Corporate Registration Number in System Admin->Licence Details section as shown below.

  • Click on System Admin and then Click on Licence Details from the menu.                  
                                    

  • Click on Edit icon to Add Corporate Registration Name and the Corporate Registration Number.     
                                  

                  
  • Add both Corporate Registration Name and the Corporate Registration Number and click on submit button to save the details.
                  

       2.      To sign the application using corporate registration, please click on  Edit icon in Application Details section.

                                    
      


       3.       Then tick the Issue Under Corporation Rego check box to enable/disable Corporate registration option for the relevant application. Also add a Staff Account with Corporate Registration. This staff account would be Assigned Surveyor for corporate rego applications and one of the surveyor in the company would be Designated Building Surveyor.

                                    


       4.       Once you have enabled the Issue Under Corporation Rego ,Form 2-Building Permit document will be updated as follows-:
                                                                  
  • Building Permit number will be followed by the Corporate Registration Number(when Issue Under Corporation Rego enabled).                    
                                          

                          
                                    
  • Building permit will be issued  with the Relevant Building Surveyor(including Corporate Registration number and the Name)details and with the signature of Designated Building Surveyor.   
                                      

      5.  If you have disabled the  Issue Under Corporation Rego for an application,Form 2 Building Permit  will be updated as follows-:.
           
  • Building Permit number will be followed by the Relevant Building Surveyor's registration Number(when Issue Under Corporation Rego disabled).                              
                                  
                                     
                       

  • Building permit will be issued  with the Relevant Building Surveyor's details.
