Stage Permits in PermAssist - Scenario 2 (Applicable only for VIC Customers)

Stage Permits can be Issued under 2 scenarios

Scenario 2

You have an application which has got a permit number already and now you will have to issue a stage permit from that application.

Then you will have to follow these steps,

1.First you will need to update the stage number and then add an amendment to the application which has got permit number in order to report to VBA that you will create a stage permit from that application. 

Please note that the amendment needs to be added only if the permit stage number in the application details section was not entered while getting the permit number from BAMS for the first stage. If you had already entered the first stage, please ignore the below amendment step.

1. Then you will need to Validate the application by using "VBA Validation" option in application details area and Submit to VBA.
   

1. Once validating the application you will need to download the VBA report by using the "Download VBA report" Button in Application details section and submit the application to VBA in order to inform the VBA. 
2. Then you will need to follow these steps in order to create the stage application.
   

Please note that, to create a stage permit with latest details, always you have to copy the details from the previous application.

For an example- If you are going to create a stage 3 permit application, you will need to copy the details from stage 2 application.
