How to issue the Certificate of Final Inspection and Occupancy Permits for projects

To issue The  Certificate of Final Inspection and Occupancy Permits for projects,You need to add the Decision first.

Steps  to  add a Decision:

1. Go to the relevant application.
   

2. Fill the Contact details of the Applicant and Council from the  Applicant Contact section and the relevant Property Details.

3. Then go to Decision section.

4. Click on the Add button.

5. In the popup, select the decision Type as Certificate of Final Inspection Approved for the Certificate of Final Inspection or select the Occupancy Permit Approved for the  Occupancy Permits for projects .

Select the Decision Date.

6. Click on "submit" Button.

To issue the Certificate of Final Inspection  and Occupancy Permits for projects:

Steps:

1. Go to Building Permit from the Main Menu,Then select App List.
   

 

       2. Select the relevant application to issue the Permit.

       3. Click the Proceed To ,Then click the Approve Permit.It will change the current application status and send the notifications to the relevant parties.
