New Action Button on Forms Section

We have introduced new functionality to PermAssist.

Now you can customise a form template to do a set of automated tasks by click just one button.

The new custom operation button will look similar to the below.


What are possible?

1. Ability to do automatic workflow transition (Only one transition can be performed).
2. Change the status/state of an Application.
3. Send Email (possible to customise the content of the email)
4. Assign a Task (possible to customise the content)
5. Add a Decision (possible to customise the content)


How to Configure?
This feature can be configured for any of the forms in the Form section. Leave the hard work to our helpful support team. Reach us via permassist@e-vis.com.au and let us know requirement.
