Save forms from Form template in Application - save to specified folder

When saving forms from Forms section in Application,now you will be able to save form to your desired folder.

To do that, You will need to follow these steps,

When adding a new form, specify Category, Folder Name and other details

Navigate to any application in Surveyor portal:

Preview Forms -

Locate new template created where form template and folder name was added:
