Auto-Populate Booking Notes based on Inspection Option


We have enhanced the function of Inspection Option by enabling the ability to automatically populate predefined information into Booking Note in Inspect section 


How does it work?


1. Go to Inspection


2. Click on New (to create new inspection)


      -OR-
      Click on Edit (to edit an existing inspection)


3. Click on applicable Inspection Option(s) the predefined information or text will be inserted to Booking Note text box
(Multiple options can also be selected the details will be added to Booking Note separated by comma )



4. Click on "Submit" to apply the changes.


How can I enable this?


Please get in touch with PermAssist Support to enable this function.

When requesting to enable this function don't forget to mention the text that needs to appear in Booking Note text box when a particular Inspection Option is selected.
