Email Notification when pool permit is lodged from Public Portal

When a new Pool Permit Application is lodged from Applicant (Public Portal) an email is triggered to the applicant's email address specified when lodging the application.

Also there will be a change in the status of the application with this action. The status needs to be setup by the support staff in PermAssist, for example - if you want the state to be Lodged then this will be setup in PermAssist, in the surveyor portal the state of the application lodged will be updated to the new state provided to us. 

 

Please get in touch with PermAssist support with the state that will needed to be updated

If the state and transition is not found in the workflow no transition will be executed. 

The Status of the Application will be changed to whatever is setup as the Next State in the workflow.
