Date Formatting for Merge Fields

Date Formatting for Merge Fields

Please follow listed steps to format the Date Merge fields.

  1. Toggle the merge field by right click on the merge field.



                  







      

       2. You have to delete the star mark followed by the forward slash before adding the format.


                              

                  


      3. Add the required format inside the double quotes after the at (@) sign followed by the backward slash.


                  

Different Types of Date Formats:

"@dd/MM/yyyy" = "12/05/2023"
"@d MMMM yyyy" = "12 May 2023"
"@d/MM/yy" = "12/05/23"
"@yyyy-MM-dd" = "2023-05-12"
"@d-MMM-yy" = "12-May-23"
