GUIDE FOR TAG TEMPLATE v2

Tags are used to label application according to the respective status it has progressed to and is a feature that is used to make it easier for clients to process applications and recognize the state or tags could be used as a specific note for the corresponding application. 

For PermAssist v2 we can configure tags for specific Application Types or Offices/Branches and choose from a broader variety of colours available. 
  1. To configure a brand-new Tag, we should navigate to 'System Admin v2 --> Tag Template v2':


  1. Then we proceed to 'Add+' where we can configure Tags for a specific Application Type, Office configured for a license with extremely specific colours for the text of the Tag and the Background of the text. 
 



  1. Once everything is configured up to your needs, you can proceed to 'Save Changes'. 

  1. To add tags, to an application, you need to open that specific Application, and at the end of the Application Details section, click the "+" icon. If a tag that is configured doesn't show up for that application, verify the Application Type of that tag by Editing the tag.
